4. Payment and Fees
Payment terms, fees, and schedules are outlined in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Adzo reserves the right to terminate services immediately if there is a breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Adzo is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Issues arising from third-party platforms or services
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Third-Party Services
We may use or recommend third-party tools and platforms. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or data handling practices of those services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
10. Changes to Terms
